Training for wheelchair rugby has begun for the 2023 season.
Training is held at Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua. Mondays 6pm - 8pm.
Even if you are not keen to play wheelchair rugby xcompetitively but just want to get out in your chair and get some fitness and ball skills in, you are more than welcome to come and join in.
